All orders require 5-10 business days processing before shipment although it could be earlier. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Shipping

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Curly Girls Burmese is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delays

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Curly Girls Burmese is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
